The Sarlux IGCC Plant is located inside Saras refinery in Sarroch, on the south coast of Sardinia. It is about 15 miles from Cagliari, the Region Capital, to which it is well connected through the main road 195 “Sulcitana”. It is also conveniently located just about 20 miles from Cagliari Elmas airport and is close to the Macchiareddu Industrial Area.
